Go's semantic import versioning requires v2+ modules to include the
major version in the module path. This enables using proper version
tags (v3.x.x) instead of pseudo-versions.
Updated module path: code.gitcaddy.com/server/v3

Use configurable remote name for git commands ( #35172 )

Closes #19403 , and makes it possible to use any remote name in code
snippets for an empty repository and pull request.
This change is very helpful to me, because I always use different name
for my gitea remote.
Uses setting config module to store the value. Default is `origin` for
backward compatibility.

Refactor system setting ( #27000 )
...
This PR reduces the complexity of the system setting system.
It only needs one line to introduce a new option, and the option can be
used anywhere out-of-box.
It is still high-performant (and more performant) because the config
values are cached in the config system.
